1. SMS and Text Messaging

By opting into our SMS service via our onboarding forms, you agree to receive automated lead alerts, account notifications, and "Battle Briefs" from AI Contact.

Consent: Your consent to receive SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. If you choose not to opt-in to SMS, lead notifications will be delivered solely to your provided email address.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on lead volume and account activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our short code or long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Assistance: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@aicontact.io.

2. Use of Service

AI Contact provides an AI-powered receptionist service designed for business lead recovery. You agree to use this service only for lawful business purposes.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at aicontact.io/privacy. We do not share SMS originator opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Buy One Media Network / LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
